Your experience begins with a pre-call questionnaire so we can maximize our time together and laser-focus right in on what matters most to you!
In a one-hour phone or skype consultation with Coach Karen, we will:
- review your health history
- discuss health concerns and possible courses of action for improvement
- investigate the barriers to your health and wellness
- conduct a basic fitness assessment (if desired)
- assess your fitness likes/dislikes to determine what workouts will work best for you
- identify areas of your overall wellness that are negatively affecting your vitality
- establish reasonable short- and long-term wellness goals.
After the session, Coach Karen will develop a written plan, personalized just for you based on our consultation, to help you achieve your goals. This plan will include strategies for maximizing your success in creating a realistic, sustainable wellness lifestyle.
Because personalized coaching works so well to keep you accountable and making progress, there is an option for a MONTHLY coaching call. Commit to at least three consecutive months of custom coaching and receive ongoing support and direction-- and SAVE over 20%!
